No, I don’t. Did you know your insurance might help cover the cost of therapy, even if I’m not in-network? Many plans offer out-of-network benefits, which means you could get reimbursed for a portion of each session.

And you don’t have to figure this out on your own. I can check your benefits for you and let you know exactly what you’d pay per session before we even get started.

If you have OON benefits, you may only owe a copay at each session instead of the full fee. Want to see what that looks like for you? Contact me and let’s see.
Cash Pay Rates: Starting at $125 for Individual Sessions (50 minutes)

I partner with Open Path Psychotherapy Collective for sliding scale session slots $40-$70 with certain criteria to be met. Open Path Psychotherapy Collective is a non-profit nationwide network of mental health professionals dedicated to providing in-office and online mental health care—at a steeply reduced rate—to individuals, couples, children, and families in need.
Currently I’m only offering telehealth/virtual sessions to residents across California.

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost.

Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services.

You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services.
You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service.

If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises.
If you or someone you know is having a crisis, please do not use this website. If you are in a medical emergency (needing EMS/ambulance or fire services) and feel comfortable contacting 911, please do so. Otherwise, use your discretion with contacting 911 as there are alternatives with professionals more equipped and trained to navigate mental health crises. See below for more information.
