Offerings
Currently offering virtual only therapy sessions throughout CA ages 6+.
Adult Individual Therapy
I’m a systemic therapist by nature working with units of people (i.e., couples/families) to support with conflict and improve relationships; I want to support people with personal struggles, growth, and emotional wellbeing. My hope is for us to: 1) unpack the past, as much as it is necessary, to make space for new experiences and opportunities 2) release intergenerational cycles and unhelpful messages you’ve been told in the past to rebuild healthy relationships with yourself and others.
Child Therapy
Through compassionate care and evidence-based techniques (including art and play-based techniques), Child Therapy aims to assist children in overcoming difficulties such as anxiety, trauma, or developmental hurdles. This service focuses on empowering children with the tools to develop emotion language and navigate their unique experiences with confidence. Child therapeutic services typically engage parents or caregivers more often (while still respecting child privacy and confidentiality) as children need modeling and support at home developmentally from them compared to adolescent or adult services. This may include but is not limited to parent or caregiver education and collaboration during treatment.
Adolescent Therapy
Adolescent therapeutic services are tailored to address the developmental and emotional needs of adolescents, fostering growth, resilience, and well-being. Adolescent therapeutic services may include caregiver-therapist collaboration for education and replication of techniques at home while respecting client privacy and confidentiality.
Family Therapy
Family therapy provides a safe and supportive environment to foster communication, resolve conflicts, and strengthen the connections within family units. It addresses both individual and family unit challenges, empowering members to collaboratively achieve healthy dynamics. These sessions are aimed to promote growth, dialogue, and harmony (excluding court mandated folks at this time).

Out of Network Insurance Benefits
I currently do not bill insurance directly as I am an an out of pocket provider. I use Thrizer that helps you use your out-of-network benefits automatically when paying for your sessions. When charged for the session, I can automatically submit OON (out of network) claims for you (no more superbills!), help you offload all the insurance stress onto them, and allow you to just pay your co-insurance for sessions once you meet your deductible (even if Thrizer is still waiting for reimbursement). This way, you can afford therapy upfront rather than go through the hassles of submitting superbills and waiting months for insurance to reimburse you. It works like a normal payment application for Stripe. You will have your payment method connected on there for me to charge after our appointments. https://eligibility.thrizer.com/restohealingtherapy

Sliding Scale
I’ve partnered with Open Path Psychotherapy Collective to offer sliding scale slots ($40-$70 for 50 minutes) on my caseload. Their nonprofit serves clients in financial need who are seeking affordable therapy. Open Path clients cannot afford market rates for therapy, lack adequate mental health insurance coverage, and have an annual household income below $100,000. They help our members access their choice of affordable in-person and online care from a vetted mental health professional. If you’re seeking affordable psychotherapy because you’re uninsured, underinsured, or cannot afford to pay the full rate out of pocket, Open Path may be for you. https://openpathcollective.org
